Since we are nearing the end of 2018, we thought it would be nice to conduct a year in review! So, we’re going to share fun facts about Eastern from 2018.

  • Case Dining Hall opened in January 2018.
  • EKU’s total enrollment was estimated at 16,612.
  • EKU has been named “One of America’s Top Colleges” by Forbes for 9 consecutive years.
  • 75% of EKU degree holders are employed in Kentucky three years after graduation, which is higher than any other public, four-year institution.
  • EKU has the highest percentage of bachelor’s degree holders employed in Kentucky three and five years after graduation.
  • EKU has been rated as #1 in percentage of Master’s degree holders who were employed in Kentucky three and five years after graduation.

It sounds like Eastern Kentucky University and our students have excelled in 2018! We are hopeful that 2019 will bring just as many accomplishments.
